Small Group Training
Small group personal training of four to eight is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training. Small group training provides the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate plus exercising with others pushes you to a new effort level. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in a small group. If you're interested in getting in better shape, find a group of other friends who are interested in achieving similar goals. You do not need to be at the same level of fitness compared to others in your group. Establishing a set of group policies helps you maintain focus and stay on track.
